Lid Myokymia or "Lid Twitch"

Eye twitching, eyelid tics and spasms are pretty common.  A good discussion about this is on AllAboutVision.com website. One treatment that most sources do not talk about, but has shown to be effective on some cases, is using antihistamine eye drops, such as Patanol, or the OTC Alaway or Zaditor.
